Laurie Grenoble, LPC

Mother Teresa once said, “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love,” and with that is the hope to do and be better.

My name is Laurie Grenoble, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Montrose, Colorado. I have been in the mental health profession since 2007. I was born and raised in our small town and have an understanding of the culture and significance of the native Montrose residents and those who were drawn to this beautiful land. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis in counseling in 2005 from Colorado Mesa University.  I continued my education, earning a master’s degree in clinical counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2017. I truly focus on client-centered counseling.

We are a team in your treatment and healing. If you walk through the door of a counselor’s office, it is with intent that you want to get better, so you will get better. It is possible to live a life that is sustainable and peaceful. I emphasize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy, and narrative and prolonged exposure therapies. Group therapy is also a passion of mine. The power of “Oh, me too” can be amazing in your healing process. I look forward to being a part of your journey.

Blessings.
